On a noble mission

THE MISSION TO HELP UNDERPRIVILEGED KIDS FROM THE COUNTRIES WHERE HEALTHCARE IS AMISS, HAS BOUGHT BROUGHT BACK MANY SMILES

When there is will there is a way— was the motto that Canadian of mdian origin Jeanette Singh decided to help the kids who could not afford redical treatment due to inader/ ‘cite medical facilities and financial reasons.

When she started she had no clue how to go about and stared with helping the identified kids on individual basis, with support from her husband she started helping few kids which soon took form of the mission. Today the mission is being carried out in the form of well organised charity mission.

The mission has fast taken the form of the Three River Kids foundation and has been carrying kids from different _______________ part of the world to South Dethi for treatment. In its recent mission the foundation got 18 kids with the chronic heart problems and got them the desired treatment at the Batra Hospital and Research Institute. The kids from Guyana that were treated recently included Marissa Roopchand, Farziena All, Makhie, Shiv, Karan, Jasmine, Virendra, Marion, Sukhraine, Besham Singh, Bhanumati Persaud, Brena Eligabeth and Sudarshine Larjee. The treatments were carried out under the guidance of Dr Viresh Mahajan and Dr Anil Bhan.

Speaking on the mission Jeanette Si.ngh, president of the foundation said, “We started the Mission Heartbeat and are committed to helping the sick and poor children from across the world, but are work area has been Guyana. We have been getting the kids who need urgent medical intervention to save their lives. Often the kids have to travel across four continents and come to Dethi for treatment. We our doing our best to help the kids.
